1. Who you bought from — merchant of record
Your purchase from Arc Flash Calculator (https://arcflashcalculator.com) was sold by Dodo Payments ("Dodo"), our merchant of record. Dodo is the seller of record: it processed your payment, calculated, collected and remitted VAT/sales tax where due, and appears as the descriptor on your bank or card statement. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo back to your original payment method.
2. Self-serve refunds (fastest)
Open https://arcflashcalculator.com/refund — the same self-serve refund link is in your receipt email — pick the order and submit the request. No account or email exchange is needed. Prefer email? Write to [email protected] from the purchase address and include your order id.
3. Refund window and eligibility
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Deliverables that are materially not as described, or that fail for technical reasons on our side, are always refunded. Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded in full. Where consumer law gives you stronger rights (for example EU withdrawal rights for digital content not yet delivered), those rights apply.
4. Processing time
We confirm refund decisions by email. Approved refunds are submitted to Dodo immediately and typically reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank; the credit carries the same Dodo descriptor as the original charge.
5. Chargebacks
Please use the self-serve link or email us first — valid requests are resolved quickly, usually faster than a bank dispute. Chargebacks on delivered orders may be contested with the order and delivery records.
